How is this different from therapy?

Therapy focuses on healing the past and treating clinical conditions. Coaching is forward-focused — we work on where you are now and where you want to go. I use tools like NLP, breathwork, hypnosis, and EFT that bridge the body and mind, but I am not a therapist and this is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you're unsure which you need, I'm happy to help you figure that out on our discovery call.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with you?

No. Many of my clients are self-identified or suspect they have ADHD but haven't pursued a formal diagnosis. What matters is that the patterns we work on — procrastination, dysregulation, follow-through — resonate with your lived experience. A diagnosis is a piece of paper. Your experience is what we work with.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients feel a meaningful shift within the first few sessions — not because it's magic, but because we go directly to the root of what's driving the pattern. Lasting change typically unfolds over 3–6 months of consistent work. That said, every person is different, and we'll have a clear sense of what's realistic for you after our first conversation.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are held over Zoom, typically 60 minutes. We start with what's present for you that week, then move into the deeper work — which might be a breathwork practice, an EFT tapping sequence, NLP pattern work, or a hypnosis session depending on what's needed. No two sessions are the same because no two people are the same.

Do you work with people outside the US?

Yes — everything is done virtually over Zoom, so location doesn't matter. I currently work with clients across the US, Canada, and the UK. As long as we can find a time that works across time zones, we're good.

What's the investment?

Pricing is discussed on the discovery call once I understand what you need and what kind of support makes sense for you. I offer different packages depending on depth and duration of work. What I can tell you is that the discovery call is completely free, and there's no pressure to commit to anything on that call.
